TOCAM™ (Toxic Organic Chemical Air Monitor)
Portable Micro Gas Chromatograph GC with Photoionization Detector
Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Analysis for Air Monitoring

PORTABLE GAS CHROMATOGRAPH GC FOR VOCS IN AIR
The TOCAM uses a photoionization detector (PID) and helps customers quickly determine Total Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) and Single Volatile Organic Compound concentrations down to part-per-billion levels, delivering results in under 10 minutes.
The TOCAM portable gas chromatograph GC is very lightweight, weighing about 2.5 lbs, which makes it convenient to take out into the field for your air sampling needs.
Additionally, the TOCAM has a mounting bracket, and can be mounted inside a vehicle with a sampling port to screen many areas for VOCs.
- Chemical identification and concentration in under 10 minutes
- Quickly measures total and specific VOCs including contaminants of concern such as Benzene
- Micro-GC Technology makes a TOCAM smaller than a laptop computer
No specialty gases required – never runs out of carrier gas in the field
- Easy to program GC temperature profile
- Simple calibration process
- Audible Alarm
- Quantitative results display on screen
- Chromatograms display real-time on computer
- Easy-to-use analysis software
- All test data stored in on-board memory

The TOCAM Portable Micro GC Gas Chromatograph can quickly and directly measure total and specific VOCs in air using two different modes:
- Environmental Monitoring and Remediation
- Mobile Outdoor Air Quality Measurements: The TOCAM can be mounted inside a vehicle with a sampling port to screen many areas for VOCs
- Industrial Hygiene Air Sampling
- Landfill Gas Monitoring
- Indoor Air Quality
- Vapor Intrusion: The TOCAM can detect many compounds in part-per-billion (ppb) levels and even sub ppb levels, making it ideal for vapor intrusion.
- Process Monitoring
- Soil Gas
- Soil Vapor Extraction
- Benzene Waste Operations NESHAP (BWON): The TOCAM can quickly and specifically measure Benzene in air.
